Shreya Kulkarni expresses her love for goddess Durga in this Navratri
PaliwalwaniShreya Kulkarni known for her famous song “Dimple yetay galavar” was seen in her black glamorous traditional look on a garba event in Borivali Mumbai. Actress Shreya Kulkarni expressed her love for Durga Puja and says,
Navratri, a vibrant and spiritually significant Hindu festival, is celebrated with immense fervor and devotion across India and among the Indian diaspora around the world. The word "Navratri" is derived from two Sanskrit words: "Nav" meaning nine and "Ratri" meaning night. This festival spans nine nights and ten days and is dedicated to worshipping the various forms of the Divine Feminine, particularly Goddess Durga”. Shreya Kulkarni loved to enjoy garba and dandiya nights since her childhood. Shreya when asked says that,
“I being from a maharastrian family, always had an immense love for traditions and our events too much. One of which is Durga pooja. Shreya says she had never missed the dandiya nights of her childhood times. Shreya during her childhood used to find a ground where people from all over the city were allowed to play garba and she used to go there to be a part of it. Garba and didiya are her enthusiastic points she explained. The music of garba, even from the miles away can bring her running at that particular spot.
